Where I’ve owned delivery.

The verticals I’ve led top-to-bottom — strategy, staffing, P&L, and customer outcomes. Reflects the Cedar Delivery Org I built (20+ people, five verticals) and the technical operations remit at Health Precision.

01

Implementation Services

New client launches · SOW execution
The function that turns a signed SOW into a production-live customer. At Cedar, this is where the standardized Implementation Playbook lives — the work that took select implementations from 6 months down to 30–60 days.
  • Solutions Architects & implementation engineers
  • Implementation Playbook & configuration library
  • Kickoff → Design → Build → Validate → Adopt
02

Technical Account Management

Post-launch · Retention · Roadmapping
Built from scratch at Cedar in the first year. Sr. Solution Architects positioned with key clients in the first 90 days, evolving into a dedicated TAM team with a client-roadmapping methodology tied to Account Growth Planning.
  • Post-launch enhancement organization
  • Technical client roadmapping
  • QBR / MOR readiness
03

Integration Support Engineering

EHR · HL7 / FHIR · Health monitoring
Inherited at Cedar; rebuilt around an Integration Scoring Methodology that became the quality feedback loop for the team. At Health Precision, evolved into a FHIR-based architecture across Epic, eClinicalWorks, AthenaOne, HL7, and Ellkay with on-call rotations and Grafana / Loki observability.
  • EHR / EMR connections (Epic, Athena, ECW)
  • HL7 & FHIR pipelines
  • Integration health scoring & on-call
04

Software Engineering (Delivery)

Custom builds · FHIR extensions
The engineering team inside delivery — building the things customers need that are not yet on the product roadmap. At Health Precision, that included a FHIR extension for eClinicalWorks and FHIR applications on Epic’s App Orchard platform.
  • Junior & senior software engineers
  • Custom integration builds
  • Bug fix & change-request capacity
05

Product Operations

Delivery prioritization · QBR/MOR
Year-two scope expansion at Cedar. The function that answers “what on the shelf can we implement to meet performance minimums” and the “what have you done for me lately” question that comes up in every QBR / MOR.
  • Delivery prioritization & sequencing
  • Account growth planning support
  • Client analytics & storytelling
06

Revenue Management & Forecasting

P&L · Utilization · Pricing
The operating cadence that keeps the org out of the red: quarterly and annual P&L plus staffing models, paired with proactive signals and a tactical playbook for downturns. First built at Pitney Bowes (OpenAir), refined at Pymetrics and Cedar.
  • Project phase data, utilization vs. cost, pipeline
  • Packaging & pricing (T&M vs. flat fee)
  • Hiring forecast & reallocation playbook
